AI for Nonprofits: Creating a Culture of Buy-In, Experimentation, and Transparency

As leaders, we have a choice. We can use AI to scale up and focus on growth at any expense...or we can start by right-sizing our team’s workload: giving back time to people who may already be bandwidth-stretched and may already have high turnover, reducing that burnout, and making nonprofit work sustainable – so that over time, we can build up our impact in a sustainable, replicable way.

This was an interactive AI-focused workshop I created for Compass Pro Bono’s Compass Connect Conversations workshop series. We had 300+ nonprofit leaders register and a phenomenal level of live engagement; every attendee who filled out our post-webinar survey asked for more AI content from our team.
