Who Gets to Give Back?: Homeless Men and Women Making a Difference in Their Communities

I created this piece for Princeton University’s Journalism Department by weaving together stories of multiple homeless Californians in the habit of giving back to their communities.

 
This idea that we all have something to teach, that we all have something to give back – it seems so basic. But so often, especially in homelessness, people aren’t given that chance.
